Postpartum Doula
Postpartum is the period after the baby is born. I am making sure that you are honored for the amazing work you have done to bring your baby earth side. During these visits, I check in on how you are adjusting to your new baby, allow you to process your birthing experience, assist with feedings and other tasks you may need help with. You will get a couple of postpartum visits included in your complete labor package. Postpartum Support is a time for healing, reflecting and adjusting. You may need additional resources to support your healing. There are some services I can provide and other services that I am happy to connect you with someone better suited for your concerns. Let’s talk about what type of support you need after baby is home and you two are adjusting to your new roles.
